The Details - ​12/29 & 12/30

Come join in on our 2nd annual end of the year FUNNN competition.  While we will crown overall winners, the intent is to test your might and see how strong we have become.  Everyone is encouraged to participate!

  • $5.  Complete form below.
  • Divisions : Male Rx, Female Rx, Male Modified, Female Modified, and Open (participation, results will be recorded but not scored. Modified as needed).  Please push yourself....
  • ​Scoring is based on place within division.  Lowest total score wins. ex.  If there are 10 men in the Rx division.  The winner would earn 1 pt. and last place would receive 10 pts.
  • Judged by other members and trainers. For example Rx men may judge Modified Women and Rx women might judge Modified Men
  • Heats will be set Friday.  Most likely 8-10 per heat depending on # of registrants.

​Friday WODs can be completed during any class on Friday, but must be compelted together.
