Schedule of Classes

​What to Wear?
For a typical workout you will be fine wearing comfortable shoes, shorts and shirt.  Don't feel like you need specialty gear to complete a workout.  
We also encourage you to bring along a water bottle.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) class focuses on the 10 elements of fitness and is designed for all fitness levels. It includes an optional skill training session after the workout.

Yoga/Mobility class is geared towards members who are looking to compliment, and maximize your WODs with improved mobility, balance, functional strength, body, and breath awareness.

Endurance class focuses on sustaining performance over longer fitness efforts.

SNOW DAY: If Canon City schools calls for a 2-hour Delay there will be no 5am or 5:45am classes, first class will be 6:30 (MWF) or 8:30 Ladies Only (TuTh).  If there is a snow day there will only be a 9:15am and 4:30pm classes ONLY.  Check status HERE
