Testimonials![]() I’ve always been an active person, but I can honestly say at 38-years-old, I’m in the best shape of my life after joining the CCCFit community. I love the support from my trainers and fellow CCCFit members. I’ve been able to do things that I’ve never been able to do in my life. Thank you, CCCFit!
-Jennille S. ![]() CCCfit has definitely changed the way I look at fitness. It's such a welcoming atmosphere with amazing trainers who are willing to work with you regardless of age, sex, or physical level. Not only that, the trainers ensure and promote proper techniques and most importantly safety for everyone. A lot of the workouts are challenging, yet rewarding at the same time. What's a better feeling, is when you see yourself and others transforming and improving overall physical health. Not to mention the kindness and compassion of other members who encourage to make you feel welcome right away.
-Martín H. ![]() I’ve always worked out off and on, but I never could stick to anything for long and got bored easily. The variety of the workouts, being able to measure my progress, and encouragement from others at CCCFIT have helped me workout consistently for a year and half now. I like the sense of accomplishment after hitting a PR or finally being able to do a challenging movement like a handstand pushup or a rope climb. It’s more satisfying than the boring old “3 sets of 12”, I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and I’ll never be able to go back to a traditional gym.
-Cassie N. ![]() I’ve been a member of CCCFit since January 2014 when I finally had time to focus back on my fitness after having two kids. Getting up at 5:30am to work out did not sound fun, but with a full-time job, hour and half round trip commute, and family, when else was it going to happen? What I found when I joined was a supportive community, faces I’d heard of or met, but not people I knew. Doing burpees, running, and lifting weights together somehow forms fast friendships. While my physical skills have certainly progressed since the beginning of 2014 (I can now do a 20” box jump, get my toes to the bar, do double unders, and swing the women’s weight kettle bell), I also feel more part of the Canon City community both in and out of the gym.
