What to Wear?
For a typical workout you will be fine wearing comfortable shoes, shorts and shirt. Don't feel like you need specialty gear to complete a workout.
We also encourage you to bring along a water bottle.

HIIT (high intensity interval training) class focuses on the 10 elements of fitness and is designed for all fitness levels. It includes an optional skill training session after the workout.

Yoga/Mobility class is geared towards members who are looking to compliment, and maximize your WODs with improved mobility, balance, functional strength, body, and breath awareness.

Endurance class focuses on sustaining performance over longer fitness efforts.

10-21-23

(10-21-23) the 08:30 class will be cancelled related to Festivus.  Wes's barbell class will still be happening.  If you are free come on down and encourage your fellow athletes that are competing.  It starts at 0800 and will go on until 1330 or so.  Even if you can only pop in for a short time it would be nice to have the encouragement.  Here is a little ditty you can do at home tomorrow: 20 min AMRAP 10 burpees, 20 push ups, 30 sit ups, 40 air squats, 50 sec plank hold.  Or you can get outside while its still nice.

October 28th will be the Halloween WOD come in costume and have fun!!
