  • Melissa Stotler

Melissa Stotler: Owner, CrossFit Level 1 Certificate, Registered Nurse, and Infection Control Certified

I'm Melissa. I have always been active starting with sports in school to running and working out in global gyms (Dodgeball anyone). Even remember the early years of Tae Bo with Billy Blanks. Fast forward to 2015 and I was introduced to High Intensity interval training at a friends wedding when the whole table made a bet to try it for a month. In March of 2019 I received my level one and began coaching at a local Fitness center. When Covid shut everyone down, I set up a gym in my garage where friends and co-workers started to come and work out. When I'm not working out (what's a rest day?) I like to go glamping... I mean camping. Taking the dogs for hikes is also a joy. Eric and I have 5 kids. Only two remain in the house and not for much longer. Our youngest daughter is starting her senior year and our youngest son is starting his junior year. My passion is fitness and helping others to achieve their goals.

  • Eric Stotler

Eric Stotler: Owner, CrossFit Level 1 Certificate, CPR, AED, First Aid Training.

Eric Stotler: Owner, CrossFit Level 1 Certificate, CPR, AED, First Aid Training. I began my love for fitness in 2017 when I joined a local Fitness center(with lot of encouragement from Melissa). It was very tough for me in the beginning, as I was extremely out of shape and had no cardio. Only three months in I joined a weight lose challenge and lost 16lbs to win 1st place. This turned out to be the motivation I needed to fall in love with fitness. After another year passed, I went on to lose a total of 49lb. This weight loss would prove to be life changing . I went from not being able run a 400m with out walking to being able to run 5k's. I decided to get my CrossFit level 1 Certificate so I could start helping motivate others to meet their goals. I believe everyone brings a different set of skills to the table. I'm not the fastest, strongest, or have the most endurance, but I do know what it feels like to be out of shape and walk through those doors for the first time. So it doesn't matter how out shape you are, I am here to help you make a difference, if you can be brave enough to walk through those doors like I did years ago.
